Mission Statement
Aguilar Gospel Church is dedicated to transforming lives and building a strong community of faith in Aguilar, Colorado, and beyond. Rooted in the love of Jesus Christ, we seek to draw people into a welcoming family of believers, where they can grow spiritually, be discipled, and be equipped to live out their faith. Through teaching, mentorship, and outreach, we are committed to nurturing individuals of all ages—children, youth, young adults, and adults—so that together, we can experience healthy growth and make a lasting impact for God’s Kingdom.

Children’s Ministry
Our Children’s Ministry at Aguilar Gospel Church is a fun, safe, and engaging environment designed for kids ages 3 to 10. Each week, children learn about God’s love through age-appropriate Bible lessons, worship, games, and hands-on activities. Our caring team is passionate about helping kids grow in their faith, build lasting friendships, and discover the joy of following Jesus. We’re excited to partner with parents in laying a strong spiritual foundation for the next generation.
Our Children’s Ministry is currently led by Cheryl Hooper.
Youth Ministry
At Aguilar Gospel Church, we have a growing passion to launch a dynamic Youth Ministry that will reach and disciple the next generation of teens in our community. We believe our youth need a space to grow in their relationship with Jesus, build meaningful friendships, and discover their God-given purpose. If you feel led to invest in the lives of young people and have a heart for mentorship, teaching, or simply being a supportive presence, we invite you to prayerfully consider volunteering. Together, we can build something impactful and life-changing.
Worship Team
As we look forward to the completion of our new church building, one of our greatest hopes is to start a live worship team that will help lead our congregation in passionate, Spirit-filled praise. While we currently worship by singing along with music tracks in our temporary meeting space, we believe God is preparing something greater. If you have a heart for worship and feel called to serve as a singer or musician, we invite you to volunteer and be part of building this exciting new ministry from the ground up.
